Shop It – Terms of Service
Membership Trial & Billing
Shop It offers a 3-day free trial of our Membership so you can experience the benefits before making a payment. Unless you cancel during the trial period, your Membership will automatically roll into a paid plan at midnight on the third calendar day following sign-up.
At that point, you'll be billed $9.99 for every month of Membership. All Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.
Member Discounts & Benefits
Active Members receive access to exclusive discounts, free or promotional items, and shipping benefits, along with store credit promotions that may be offered from time to time. These perks are only available while your Membership remains active.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time by:
- Logging into your account, or
- Emailing us at support@shopit.store with your cancellation request.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current monthly term. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a cycle.
If you cancel within the 3-day trial period, no subscription charges will apply. However, any trial discounts or free products will be voided. If you cancel after billing has begun, no further charges will be made for the following cycle.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in Membership, you authorize Shop It to automatically charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each monthly cycle until you cancel. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your Membership.
Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to fulfill and deliver orders promptly. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability and your location. Shop It is not liable for delays outside of our control (including weather, carrier issues, or supply shortages).
Returns & Refunds
Our standard Refund Policy applies to damaged or incorrect items. Please review the Refund Policy posted on our website for complete details.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Shop It Membership and all related content ("Content") are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop It, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content. Shop It is not responsible for (a) errors or inaccuracies, (b) personal or property damage from use of the Content, (c) unauthorized access to servers or stored information, (d) interruptions of service, or (e) viruses or harmful code transmitted through our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop It and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your Membership, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop It, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Membership.
Eligibility & Account Responsibility
To use our Membership, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Intellectual Property
All logos, text, graphics, and content provided by Shop It are the property of Shop It or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Modifications to Terms
Shop It reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website at least three (3) days before taking effect. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your Membership.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
